The OwL Ride was launched in Omaha in 2010. Since that time, it has provided a much-anticipated date for cyclists on the calendar as well as been a huge benefit for the Meyer Foundation for Disabilities. Funds raised by the ride have helped the organization significantly expand programs assisting individuals with developmental disabilities in our community.
Just over 1,000 riders participated in the first OwL ride, and it has grown steadily from there. The 2013ride drew nearly 2,000 riders.
